Mr. Shiva Negi (Managing Director)

Founder of GenXs with 15+ years of rich experience in the service of Background Verification industry. He is expert in conducting background screening of employees and company due diligence/investigation par excellence.

During his tenure, he has worked with various agencies where he handled the BGV process for topmost clients such as Infosys, IBM, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Genpact etc. in his past career. With vast experience in setting up BGV Process, he has earned unique understanding and aptitude to seamlessly stitch strategy and on ground implementation.

Besides BGV experience, Shiva has been involved in various government agencies and performing IPR audits, fraud prevention, due diligence, and compliance of raid operations.

One of his accomplishments, Shiva has successfully completed an investigative project at Amazon as an Investigation Specialist in Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) team in terms of internal and external theft, fraud detection, and investigations.


He brings a wealth of knowledge and success to the organization. His expertise helps senior management identify and align around opportunities to improve business. Shiva Negi heads the Service Delivery Department at GenXs and has overall responsibility for developing the organizational infrastructure required to provide context Background Verification Services.
